We want you to be fully satisfied with your Official Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team gear; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all merchandise is returned in its original, unworn condition with all technical tags and holographic stickers intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back to the paddock.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the completed return form to ensure your refund is processed at high speed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the return journey back to our distribution center.
